Production & Shipment
Production of our samples takes two weeks for the standard samples and up to six weeks for personalised samples.
Shipment of your product depends on the carrier chosen and the delivery address.
Estimates are as follows:
- Up to 5 business days for Benelux
- Up to 14 business days for Europe
- Up to 30 days for the rest of the world
Refunds
Our refund and returns policy* lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.
Custom goods such as personalised samples are exempt from refunds.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
*Right of withdrawal (EU only)
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of conclusion of the contract.
